PATISSERIE GINNOMORI`s two chef

In our Patisserie there are two "little chefs". CHES, whom create new tastes by studying the blessing of the forest, and NUTS, whom is good at finding delicious ingredients relying on his five senses. CHES and NUTS are always thinking how to make surprisingly amazing sweets that only GIN NO MORI can create.

About the "Petit Bois"

You will not only get surprised by the gentle taste of our sweets but also, different shaped and sized sweets are packed neatly in a single box like a puzzle piece, will might amaze you when you open it.

Each one of the hand-made sweets are made within acorn powder that has unique and bitter tastes. "The Blessing of nature" is our company features the most. There are no other sweets like this and we are very confident in what we are creating
